Coconut palms are grown in more than 90 countries of the world, with a total production of 62 million tonnes per year. Most of the world production is in tropical Asia, with Indonesia, the Philippines and India accounting collectively for 73% of the world total.

Coconut fibre – coir – has multiple uses.
The wood from mature coconuts is made into bowls, utensils, handicrafts.
The timber palm trunks are used for construction.
The demand for young green coconuts is growing very quickly.
They are now a premium health product.
Packaged coconut water sales are exploding around the world.
Coconut picking is labor intensive.
Madagascar’s coconuts are in great demand. Their pricing is competitive.

Creator Universal cooperates with Coconut Palm growers in Madagascar. The cooperation is supported by the Madagascar Government. Creator Universal has made commitments to increase the export of green coconuts from Madagascar, to consider developing businesses processing copra (coconut oil), to provide revenue and to provide employment to the people of Madagascar.
