Lychee – Madagascar

Lychee

Lychee is a truly delicious fragrant fruit.

Lychee

It is a tropical and subtropical fruit tree native to the Guangdong and Fujian provinces of China, and now cultivated in many parts of the world. The fresh fruit has a "delicate, whitish pulp" with a floral smell and a fragrant, sweet flavor. Since this perfume-like flavor is lost in the process of canning, the fruit is usually eaten fresh.

Lychees are extensively grown in China, India, Thailand, Vietnam and the rest of tropical Southeast Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, and more recently in South Africa, Brazil, the Caribbean, Queensland, California, Hawaii, and Florida.

It is eaten as fresh fruit.

Lychees are processed into pulp and juice.

Lychee cultivation and harvesting are labor intensive.

Madagascar’s lychee pricing is very competitive.

We will diversify into lychee juice & lychee pulp production.

Creator Universal cooperates with lychee fruit growers in Madagascar. The cooperation is supported by the Madagascar Government. Creator Universal has made commitments to increase the export of lychee fruit from Madagascar, to develop profitable businesses processing lychee fruit, to provide revenue and to provide employment to the people of Madagascar.
